Jesse is a seasoned litigator with extensive experience in trial proceedings. He has a broad civil litigation practice with a focus on estates, real property, employment, personal injury, family, and commercial matters. Jesse acts for individual, corporate and institutional clients, and has represented clients in trials and appeals in all of the British Columbia courts, as well as in various tribunals.

Doug is an experienced solicitor, litigator and mediator, with a broad skillset in both corporate, commercial, foreclosure and family law matters. He has further credentials as a certified mediator and collaborative law lawyer.

His family law practice focuses on family mediation, alternative dispute resolution, separation, divorce, and wealth protection agreements. Eva is an energetic and talented lawyer with a practice that focuses on corporate and commercial law, and wills and estates. Her clients span between individuals and corporations. Eva is acutely attuned to the needs of her clients, and has worked extensively with clients to find effective creative solutions.

Since her admission to the Bar in 2024, Eva has represented clients in various transactions in the commercial sector and has represented clients in both the BC Supreme Court and administrative tribunals.

Prior to shifting her focus to law, Eva worked in the medical device industry launching medical devices into numerous international markets. Giving her a unique knowledge of business, she uses these insights in her application of the law.

Eva graduated law school in 2023, where she was recognized for her academic achievements, such as being a Dean’s List recipient and awarded seven Dean’s Course Prizes for the highest standing in Property Law, Evidence Law, Civil Procedure, Basic Tax Law, Corporate Tax Law, Securities Law, and Municipal Law. In addition to her academic achievements, she was employed as a teaching assistant and research assistant during her time at law school.
