Doug is an experienced solicitor, litigator and mediator, with a broad skillset in both corporate, commercial, foreclosure and family law matters. He has further credentials as a certified mediator and collaborative law lawyer.

His family law practice focuses on family mediation, alternative dispute resolution, separation, divorce, and wealth protection agreements. Having the benefit of representing clients both at the beginning and end of their relationships, Doug has the foresight and ability to advise on issues through a relationship’s lifecycle and how to plan for the unexpected.

With respect to his corporate and commercial law practice, Doug focuses on commercial share and asset transactions, corporate reorganizations, and employment matters.

His mediation practice is diverse and spans between mediating contested estate matters, family law matters, and shareholder disputes.
